Everything else in the world has LEDs in it, why not knitting needles and crochet hooks? Http:/ gizmodo.com/gadgets/gadgets/led-knitting-supplies-190217.php. WHAT a fucking ASSHOLE. Gee, mommy not love her little man? So he's gonna shit on handicrafts? What's next: Betty Crocker is a stupid bitch, cooking all that crap when he can just as easily feed himself out of a vending machine?

Hmm I bet I could make that.". Wednesday, July 19, 2006. I should be vacuuming. So, I've been, um, productive. This is my green bag. With the el cheapo WalMart handle. The pattern is My Bag of Tricks by Homestead Specialities. I used a green batik with a vein of gold through it. I bought the pattern last March at the Sewing Expo in Gwinnett. The handles there were like, $20! The one I got from WalMart was $4. Ha! Don't I feel clever. I also used some old beaded fringe I had, probably from WalMart. I also...

Crafty Me: Summer Reading/Favorite Author Fiber Postcard Swap

http://www.craftyme.blogspot.com/2006/08/summer-readingfavorite-author-fiber.html

Hmm I bet I could make that.". Monday, August 14, 2006. Summer Reading/Favorite Author Fiber Postcard Swap. I haven't been feeling well: I am basically having my lower jaw redone. Ouch. But in the midst of extractions and stitches and doctor's offices, I completed my first swap. Please be impressed. I chose Alice Hoffman, because I thought that choosing Edgar Eager would have been a bit obscure, although I re-read Half Magic, and loved it (again)! It felt a LOT like a term paper or science fair project!

Hmm I bet I could make that.". Monday, June 12, 2006. My first tote bag. Well, it's done. I finally finished Natalie's tote, which she was supposed to take on her spring break trip. Which was a. What with Bill's funeral, and He Who Shall Remain Unnamed (aka HWSRU) breaking her heart, and shooting March ALL to HELL. Grumble. I sorta changed horses in mid-stream, so to speak. I found the fabric on sale at Joanne, then decided on the Orange Crate transfer, as I love the whole orange/blue thing. Since I want...

Where the Creative Creature Within Takes Over and Makes Wonderful Things Happen. Monday, February 21, 2011. This is a very handy little organizational tool - a Crochet Hook Holder. Came with the pattern for the Plentiful Pockets Tote Bag. And I made it at the same time as I made the tote. I used Lion's Brand Yarn. Vanna's Choice, in Cranberry as my main color and Red Heart. Stripes in Passion Stripe for the border, tie, and center. I think it came out cute. And it's very handy! March 24, 2011 at 12:16 PM.

Thursday, August 12, 2010. Arts and Crafts Camp. We're behind on our posts! A few weeks ago, Taite attended Creative Arts Camp at FUMC. It was really awesome! Taite's 'core' class was mosaics and she got to make a tile project every day. She also got to go to two other classes each day. Some of those classes included sketching, woodworking, cooking, jr. science and art alive. She loved the wordworking class! She was also glad she chose mosaics as her core class because she enjoyed the tiling and grouting!
