A Simple Life: February 2011
http://asimplelife-sheila.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 28, 2011. It's rough going from a baby to a toddler! Poor Scarlett has had 2 falls in 2 days! She got the bruise on her cheek in my craft room. I guess she tried to grab something to help her stand up, but missed and her face collided with a ribbon box! Then, last night in the bath tub, right as I was about to get her out, she stood up using the side of the tub and her hand slipped and she hit her eye! It bled pretty good, but looks a lot better than I thought it would! You should try it!

A Simple Life: January 2011
http://asimplelife-sheila.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 11, 2011. I need some advice! I am at a loss as to what to do with all of Scarlett's "Baby" things! There are going to be no more babies in our immediate future. I am talking at least 4 years, if ever! So, what do I do with things like the upright swing, exersaucer, bumbo, mini pack and play, and clothes? So what do I do? Hold onto the stuff for 4 years *incase* we decide to have another baby and it is another girl? Thursday, January 6, 2011. Last year was kind of my "free" year. We ...

http://asimplelife-sheila.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Scarlett cut her first tooth today! That would explain all the fussing the past 2 days! I can't believe how quickly she is growing up! Wish I could slow it down, I am not ready for my cute, sweet, squishy Moo Moo to get any bigger! And my boobs really aren't ready for teeth either. Monday, August 30, 2010. Is Scarlett's nick name.so going with that, and the fact that Britax doesn't have any girl patterns in the carseats we were looking at we ended up getting her this:. Oatmeal m...

A Simple Life: Amazing Cupcakes!
http://asimplelife-sheila.blogspot.com/2011/02/amazing-cupcakes.html
Friday, February 11, 2011. Had a post about some cup cakes called Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes and OH.MY.GOSH! I knew the second I saw the photo that I had to make them! So today I made them and was SOOO NOT disappointed! Don't you love my box of left over christmas cake mix! But as it happened, the funfetti pieces were separate so I didn't add them! Made the cake batter per the box, filled each paper cup about 1/2 full and stuck a premade cookie dough square right in the middle of each! Oh and t...

A Simple Life: Scarlett Alyse.....

Saturday, February 20, 2010. On Wednesday Feb 10th I went to the OB for my 39 week check and was really excited to get some good news about how much I was progressing. I had been having Braxton Hicks contractions like crazy for WEEKS! After the OB checked me and told me that I was soft but not dilated at all, I left there pretty upset and disappointed. I was dreading even another week being pregnant. She went and talked to the OB and he said I should probably go to the hospital and be monitored. I got ou...

A Simple Life: September 2010
http://asimplelife-sheila.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 29, 2010. I guess it's come to this. With her being bigger and the litter box not deep enough she is constantly peeing over the side! Yes that's right.she gets in the litter box and then pretty much hangs her butt over and pees! Every morning and sometime multiple times a day we are spraying 409 and cleaning up cat pee.it's gross! I just did a google search on deeper litter boxes and came across this! Yepthis is Shawn's DIY project for this weekend! Thursday, September 23, 2010.

A Simple Life: Cheesy Stuffing Cups
http://asimplelife-sheila.blogspot.com/2010/11/cheesy-stuffing-cups.html
Friday, November 19, 2010. A few years ago I came across a recipe for Cheesy Stuffing Cups in the Kraft Foods Magazine. I had a holiday pot luck to go to and tired out the recipe, I have been making them every year since! These stuffing cups are so good! They are great for pot lucks because, just like muffins, they are single serving size! They turned out just as good and they were bite size! I actually doubled the recipe to fill two mini muffin trays! Here is the recipe:. 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter.
