It took me quite a bit of time over those three days and I have re-listened to the Undisclosed podcast. Here are some before and after shots. I even managed to sort through a drawer under the bed that is just devoting to crafting! A few month...

http://thelightboat.blogspot.com/2015/08/jewellery-making-travel-essentials.html
Tuesday, 11 August 2015. Jewellery making travel essentials. This blog post was originally written for the London Jewellery School blog. I often find that inspiration can come when I am away from home and without my jewellery making equipment! When we travel we see new places, people and things that can inspire us. The light boat: Jewellery inspiration at the British Museum, London
http://thelightboat.blogspot.com/2015/07/jewellery-inspiration-at-british-museum.html
Tuesday, 28 July 2015. Jewellery inspiration at the British Museum, London. Jewellery inspiration from the British Museum. I am very fortunate to live and work in London, UK. One of the colleges I teach at is a five minute's walk from the British Museum. So I had to nip in to see if they had any jewellery on display. I did find some jewellery from throughout the ages and I was struck by our desire to adorn ourselves, a need that even our ancient relatives show us through their grave goods. Innovations in...

Sunday, 9 August 2015. I spent this weekend with Tracey Spurgin at Craftworx. A jewellery studio in Beverley, Yorkshire. The studio is on a farm and I love going up there, such a lovely environment to work in. I highly recommend taking classes with Tracey. She is an excellent tutor, very clear with lots of excellent ideas for ways of doing things that I hadn't thought of. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Metal Clay Maker 2016. Who are the Metal .
