Craig and I had just started dating - he was a cool kid with tons of friends, no fears of skipping school, very little cares in the world and I was, well, pretty much the nerdiest of nerds as the yearbook editor and home economics scholar. How in the world did we ever hook up? It must have been fate. Craig wrote a memo almost a year ago with another student that was considered to have the BEST argument! Yep, she sure is!

Sunday, November 25, 2012. I have several sewing projects that have been waiting to be sewn. I finally finished one on my to-do list. My mom sent me an adorable kit to make a dinosaur quilt. I think it turned out to be pretty cute. Still loving the white with bright color combo. Pre-Thanksgiving dinner. Sunday, May 13, 2012. Craig has been out of town since last Tuesday and won't be back until this Wednesday. It's been a lonely week, but I've kept myself busy (until today) with my most recent obsession - a Chevron/Zig-Zag quilt. Here's the final product! I sewed it on my NEW Baby Lock Tempo! I can't remember the last time I dressed up and I don't think Craig has dressed up since before we were married. I've never been a big fan of Halloween or costumes, so this was a big moment! Back to School: 5 ingredients or less. Main Dish: Torrie (Salsa Chicken). Drink: Erin - I'll bring an appetizer too :). Appetizer: Amy (Quick Dip). 4 frozen chicken breasts. 1/2 C sour cream. 2 boxes cream cheese. 2 cans chili, no beans. 1 bag shredded cheese (I got the taco flavored cheese). Fluffy Orange Fruit Dip.
