Wednesday, January 03, 2007. After visiting Belgium and the Netherlands we were off to see the Bristol Royal Infirmary ICU in the UK. The NHS in the UK is in as much disarray as our provincial hospitals here in SA. Security was very tight with security guards and police inside the hospital. Their ICU setup was very similar to ours.
