The Big 5K in St. George! Kriste and me after the Finish Line. I clocked in at 31:11. My nieces, Preslie (left) and Mayci (right). So over the long weekend, Craig, Abbi, and I met up with Brandt and Kriste (and their kids) in sunny St. George! Happy 1st Birthday Abbi! I am reflecting on the day that I gave birth to the most precious being. It chokes me up to think of all that we went through to get that sweet girl here. I just can't believe it has been a year! I remember her being born like it was yesterday. I can almost remember the feeling of labor. Luckily, that isn't enough to scare me away from trying again! In fact, I am excited to do the whole pregnancy thing again! I cannot believe she is a year old! We need to go to lunch again!

I love this costume! I can't wait for Halloween! It is my favorite Celebration of the year! I hope Abbi will agree! 32 days and counting! Oh, my gosh! I can't believe how time has gone by! Just yesterday, I was holding a little helpless newborn. Today, my baby Abbi is able to stand up (okay, so she needs something to hold on to, but still! It is such a blessing to have her in my life. I can't imagine it any other way! I love you so much Abbigail! Congrats Brandt and Kriste! They aren't brown socks, DAD!

Hi all you awesome mommies! I am so excited that I got to have my first Mothers Day last Sunday! Craig made me French toast for breakfast (and he even cleaned up! I got a beautiful message that Craig wrote especially for me, it made me feel really special. But my favorite gift of all, is my little baby Abbi! She is the best! My heart melts at every little smile. Even when she cries, I just smile and feel like the most lucky lady alive. Luck O' the Irish. Abbi knows how to wear the Green! Luck O the Irish.
