Week 6 – Flooded Not Defeated. It’s all how we react to what happens to us right! So that is the great part of this story although I had to deal with the flooded kitchen ordeal and all my other responsibilities and it messed up the timing for me this week I did not and I repeat did not GIVE UP! Week 4 – Vacation Bliss. This week was so unbelievable and hard all at the same time. My vacation to Catalina Island started on Thursday, October 16th with 11 of our closest friends and family. Week 3 – Juggling It All. This week as been most challenging with getting my priorities in line with my true desires. I have a vacation scheduled and will be gone for a week and trying to get all my readings in my sits in and doing the work without feeling the pressure of juggling all that there is to do. Week 5 – Opinionated or Not? This has proven to be an interesting week as one of our assignments was to not give or think opinions whatsoever. Easier said then done right? Week 7 – 7 Day Mental Diet. Week 7, what can I tell you about week 7? Our assignment was to go on a mental diet for 7 full days. I have not even made it out of the house in the morning without having to start over from negative thoughts or actions. My goodness, GOD how and when did I become so negative. Wow what this journey in a short 7 weeks has shown me about myself is baffling. Am I really this bad of a person dear Lord? I am not a quitter, Do It Now, Do It Now……………. Week 8 – One Foot In Front of the Other. This week has been a challenge for me. I know disappointing right? Wrong, that is the beauty of this journey. I find myself floating back to the old thought process as busy life with the holidays and family gatherings take over. I imagine it is going to be this way for the next several weeks. I can think or read my MKMMA material and snap myself back to my new reality in a matter of a few words. I am so thankful for this. Week 7 – 7 Day Mental Diet.
