Maggie links to me as "Regina in Rennes," which I enjoy very much, being completely unable to resist the charms of alliteration. And on that subject: when the French say "small," they mean it! Promises, we forget about our promises. Sunday, September 16, 2007. Bad me. But I will, maybe even tomorrow. In the meantime, I am to be congratulated on ...My fi...

The Mock Turtle: January 2008
http://elletrice.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
A reading blog where I will try to my utmost to avoid the mention of books. Thursday, January 17, 2008. I was going to title this post "English," but I felt that "Egbu" better expressed what I feel. I just came back from a Classics talk, about a theory of self-liberation by slaves in ancient Athens. So what I'm thinking about is, in title-form,. The Mundane in Poetry. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Andy and I both felt this way, so he took this photo. And then he shared it with me so that I could finally blog about something. Excitement at ...

http://elletrice.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
A reading blog where I will try to my utmost to avoid the mention of books. Thursday, December 6, 2007. Funny (not haha funny) things about French people!
