Or the one I used (Herringbone Lace from the first BW Treasury). I don't think I did anything but knit this hat yesterday. When I finished I debated writing the pattern down row by row, but decided not to because I'm lazy like that. I did, however, make notes which I hope will be some help. Needles: US 6/ 4mm.

She didn't need a pattern to knit mittens and only wrote her made up pattern down when my mom asked her for it. I never knew her, but having her pattern makes me feel like we weren't complete strangers. My mom tells me that my grandmother and I would've gotten along like a house on fire and that I look exactly like her when she was my age.). CO 36 (38, 40) sts.

Merino Silk DK in color 0003 [off-white] and a doubled strand of Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock Fingering Weight in Carrot.). A set of five 3.00mm/US 2.5 dpns. Small crochet hook (I used a B/ 2.25mm). Black laceweight or fingering wt. yarn or embroidery floss. Knit 1 round plain. R2: K1, m1L, k4, m1R, k13, m1R, k6, m1L, k12. R3 and all odd rows: Knit. M1L, k4, m1R, k14, m1R, k8, m1L, k12. Ssk, k2tog, k36.
