Arguing for my life - Gun Debate. Arguing for my life. Jan 9th, 2005 12:48 pm. I'm a lefty gun owner who lives in San Francisco. There is a proposed ban that would prevent all SF residents from keeping a handgun in their business or residence. After all of it, I've come up with two sources I think most people will trust, and two small reasons to vote against the ban. These won't convince people of anything bigger than that, but if I can help this ban fail, I'll be pleased with that step. The Task Force f...

In way too much detail. Mar 27th, 2014. Iris is reading well! Math is going well - it seemed like slow going at first, but lately we've been zipping through the material. She surprised me by quickly catching on to addition and subtraction with regrouping and the basic concepts of multiplication and division. Iris has been experimenting with different ways of writing. We read Dinotopia. There's cinnamon bread in the oven for tomorrow morning, which will be here all too soon. Good night! Max is 7.5 and...

A typical week - Becca's life
http://rebbyribs.livejournal.com/244711.html
In way too much detail. Nov 8th, 2013 at 11:01 AM. 14 loads of laundry. 20 loads of dishes. 96 nails clipped (this includes the cats' claws - they each have only 4 on their hind paws). 4 comments Leave a comment. Nov 9th, 2013 01:20 am (UTC). I'mperpetually irritated that everyone expects to be fed 3 times a day. Nov 9th, 2013 02:49 am (UTC). So greedy. Some of ours expect snacks, too. Unbelievable! Nov 9th, 2013 02:15 pm (UTC). The only number I can keep in mind is that we go through 6 dozen eggs a week.

Beautiful, Intelligent, But Most of All, Modest. Merry Earth Day Meetings of the Minds. Apr 22nd, 2009 at 6:28 PM. Ahoy there, loyal readers. In addition to my usual excuses for inactivity, I can now add that the Librarian and I went three weeks without Internet in our new home. As I no longer have that excuse, and I love me some Earth Day, I'll finally do a bit of catching up. The National Parks: America's Best Idea. Pictures to follow, hopefully! Mar 1st, 2009 at 3:23 PM.
