http://bradani.blogspot.com/2015/04/sunday-news.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Sunday, April 5, 2015. Ohio has brought us many new friends and adventures. We're so grateful for our move here and to take on a different pace of life. Brad's back into the swing of school and I am semi taking some time off from teaching. It is with our greatest joy on this beautiful Easter Sunday to share what we have now been celebrating for weeks in our home. Or so it seems as he tilts his head when we tell him! Shields Story: March 2014
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Monday, March 31, 2014. Yeah, I made cookies with bananas, oats, and mini chocolate chips. They're da bomb. I followed this recipe. At skinnytaste.com. I didn't have walnuts on hand so I substituted them for chocolate chips. After I'd gotten started mixing everything I realized my oats were not 'quick oats', but mine turned out just fine! If you haven't tried this yet please go make some! Sunday, March 30, 2014. Shields Story: Wedding Season
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2015/06/wedding-season.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Thursday, June 4, 2015. May has come and gone and officially kicked off wedding season in our world. We are so glad to be closer to home and able to attend some, yet we can't make them all. A couple of weekends ago, Brad and I were able to take a long Memorial Day weekend to help celebrate with some friends. Before leaving we celebrated our FOURTH year of marriage! Has it really been that long? The night of our anniversary and he wasn't quite a day ol...

Shields Story: Red Rock Country
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2014/06/red-rock-country.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Wednesday, June 18, 2014. As our time is dwindling down in Arizona, Bradford and I have vowed to make the most of it. Seeing friends, new places, loved places, etc. This past weekend he informed me that we had some going away parties to attend for some of his guys who I have maybe met a couple times before. Of course I'll be there for support, babe. Tasting everything at VomFass. Views from the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Our view from the lunch spot we...

Shields Story: June 2012
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Wednesday, June 27, 2012. I owe this all to Pinterest. (Which I feel is the basis for most people's 'craftyness' these days lol) I went to the actual blog it was from though, which is classroomdiy.com. On her post she has a video guide, but I'll put everthing here too :). 3/4" PVC pipe (it comes in 10' sections). 3/4" PVC elbow joints (they do come in packs of 10. very handy and a smidge cheaper! Put an elbow joint on each end of the 4" piece. I get e...

A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Saturday, April 25, 2015. So tomorrow marks 13 weeks our baby has been growing! Brad and I went to have another ultrasound this past Friday on base. It was so much fun to see our little bit wiggling around so much! Needless to say, we asked her to write it down and seal it in an envelope for us. We took votes, everyone wore pink or blue and one of our good friends got some games together for everyone to play! Here's the video of our reveal below!

Shields Story: October 2012
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Thursday, October 11, 2012. During my two weeks in Ohio with Brad in May, we were able to spend Memorial Day weekend with my maternal grandparents in my hometown of Findlay, OH. Grandpa Reamsnyder wasn't at his best when we visited. he had recently taken a small fall and couldn't walk or do too much on his own. It's hard saying goodbye to family, but I know he's in a better place now. Love you, Grandpa. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Teacher Bits and Bobs.

Shields Story: July 2014
http://bradani.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
A look into the life of a Capt. and his teacher wife. Saturday, July 12, 2014. Time Keeps on Slippin'. T-3 days until we roll out from AZ. Words can't describe how much our first assignment has meant to us. When we first got word that we were going to Arizona, I was not exactly enthusiastic. Luke was 5 out of 6 on our list of bases we wanted to go to. It was. On the list, however, and I'm so glad we came. We love you ALL. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Time Keeps on Slippin.
