Thursday, July 30, 2015. My Girl Can Swim. Last day of swim class and Ava has come a long way. She swam across the pool- 25m- under her own steam, without stopping. She also tread water for a full minute today. She learned to dive and perfected her cannon ball. And dives to 7 feet to pick up not one, not two, but three rings in the same dive. Nana is eating hers right now, with a coffee push, as she watches Pioneer Woman- if I posted a picture of this I would not survive to the end of the day so, family, you'll have to wait for a visual update on Nana. Sunday, May 17, 2015. We're painting around here, and someone is really happy about it. She really is. In fact, she asked to help- all the girls did- and each girl took a turn and the trim and doors look so nice now! Next, we'll paint the walls in the hall and living room. We've narrowed it down to these:. And the winner is. . .the lighter, brighter red that looks a little pinkish. It's called Strawberry Wine and will look very nice with our leather couch and accessories. VADER vs. VACTERL.
