It is right under Sudan on the east side of Africa. These are the questions that go through my head:. How can I make a difference? Why does there have to be poverty in the world? Last Tuesday, October 14 we finally mailed our application to Gladney, our adoption agency, as well as our CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Services) application, not to mention a series of checks that make me dizzy just thinking about.
