Kun leipomisesta tuli ihana pakkomielle. Sunnuntai 30. syyskuuta 2012. Päätin testata vielä Vaaleanpunainen nonparelli-blogin herkulliselta kuulostavaa ohjetta synttärivieraita varten. Kannatti testata, sillä muffinsseista tuli huippuhyviä! Maistui myös vieraille ja näitä teen kyllä toistekin! Kun leipomisesta tuli ihana pakkomielle. Keskiviikko 22. toukokuuta 2013. Ihana työkaverini oli tulossa kylään ja halusin leipoa jotain gluteenitonta herkkua. Löysin Kermaruusu-blogista tämän suklaatortun ohjeen. Tein ohjeen kaksinkertaisena ja päälle tekaisin suklaisen tuorejuustokuorrutteen. Kannattaa todellakin kokeilla. Näin mehevää ja ihanaa omenaleivonnaista en ole aikoihin syönyt, vaikka omenaisia ohjeita onkin viime aikoina tullut kokeiltua. Syötiin pääsiäisenä ihanassa seurassa ja kelpasi kaikille! Pohjaksi paistoin tavallisen kääretorttupohjan, mikä oli ihan kivaa vaihtelua. 2prk mangososetta (esim.
