Jonathan - Shanna - Jackson - Ryan: Beach Day
http://yorkcrew.blogspot.com/2011/09/beach-day.html
Jonathan - Shanna - Jackson - Ryan. Wednesday, September 7, 2011. We are trying to get out and enjoy the last few days of summer before Jonathan heads back to school. The weather couldn’t be any better! Here are a few pictures that we took at the beach today. This one is one of my favorite pictures of Jonathan and Jackson! We left in such a hurry that we forgot our buckets and shovels, so the log was the entertainment for today. We will try again tomorrow to remember everything! Jackson looks so grown up!

Tales from the Stitchin' Side of Life...: Purse, bag, tote bag, and... oh look! Another purse!
http://stitchinsideoflife.blogspot.com/2011/08/purse-bag-tote-bag-and-oh-look-another.html
Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Purse, bag, tote bag, and. oh look! So I've been thinking about this sewing journey lately. I've had some very basic sewing skills for a couple decades now (you should have been around for my pillow-making phase when I was ten-ish! But it's only been over the past year that I've really focused on developing this talent. I like to practice new (to me) techniques on things like purses and aprons, before attempting them on actual clothing. Yeah for my memory! The purse in the front...

.E.M.K.: My Testimony
http://ericandmallory.blogspot.com/2010/04/my-testimony.html
Friday, April 2, 2010. So, it being Conference weekend and all, I figured this is a great time to share my testimony. Here it is. I'll try to keep it simple. We are children of a loving Heavenly Father. His greatest desire for us is to have joy. That's it. So, through Christ, He created this earth and sent us here to experience lots of things: joy, sorrow, bitter, sweet, excitement, disappoinment, hunger, fatness, hot, cold, etc. All so that we could gain understanding and experience. It all adds up.

I gotta say, there's nothing more exciting than a healthy.debately un-healthy.dose of The Bachelor, paired with deliciously marinated-seared-and-broiled London Broil.and baked yams. Mmmm mmm. But aside from that, we're just chillin'. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Beej, Rae, and Little McKay. If only it were that simple. It all adds up.

Tales from the Stitchin' Side of Life...: October 2012

Saturday, October 20, 2012. A Birthday Gift Accomplished. Maybe it's because I like to make my friends smile. Maybe it's because I'm always looking for my next sewing challenge. Maybe it's because I like getting cool gifts myself. Whatever the reason, I frequently find myself stashing ideas away - either on. In my creativity journal, or little notes that I inevitably lose - for things that I just HAVE to make for upcoming birthdays, rainy days, and holidays. I actually made it! I got the idea from these.

Tales from the Stitchin' Side of Life...: July 2011
http://stitchinsideoflife.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. It's "Bow Wow Blankie" Time! About a week ago, I finished a small quilt as a gift for Liam's 2nd birthday. Liam is the son of Chris and Jennifer, good friends of mine. I would have posted this earlier, but I wanted to wait until after the quilt had arrived at its final destination in Reston, VA. I've received confirmation that it has been received, and is already being enjoyed, so now I'm able to share my little accomplisment! I used a pattern called "Bow Wow Blankie," by. I'll be...

Tales from the Stitchin' Side of Life...: The Bopple Ball Challenge!
http://stitchinsideoflife.blogspot.com/2011/07/bopple-ball-challenge.html
Sunday, July 10, 2011. The Bopple Ball Challenge! Since I had never seen anything like this before, I'll explain it as if noone has seen anything like this before. In other words, with a LOT of pictures! Introducing, the Bopple Ball! A good friend of mine, that I've known for over two decades (EEK! BACK TO THE SEWING PROJECT! As his name implies, he's a boy, so all the cute little girl outfits I'd seen were obviously out of the question. I was walking around. Because I was repeatedly shoving. The back e...

Friday, March 26, 2010. Her name is Megan. Isn't she beautiful? Small beans, you say? Maybe to some. But to those of us who are avid readers of NieNie Dialogues. You will know her as the founder and owner. Of The Sweet Tooth Fairy. She said she saw Nie last night. I said I was jealous. Then we talked about cupcakes, of course. And her new grand opening in Draper! For all you Salt Lake folks! Still waiting for Nie to show up. And Donny Osmond. Apparently I missed him last month. Mother. I love that bakery!
