Thursday, October 30, 2008. Does the heartbeat tell all? My sister believes that boys have heart beats 140-150 and girls are more 150-160. She said she knows it doesn't always work out that way.but it did for her two boys and two girls. I was just wondering if it worked for any of you. As for Brittany, you don't have to make one up.
