Thoughts on parenting, sanity and whatever comes between. August 8, 2011. 30 Day Photo Challenge - Day Eleven. A picture of something you hate. I hate 3:00 in the morning these days. The past year or so, I've been unable to establish a normal sleeping pattern where I fall asleep and stay that way all night long. It's been so long since I've seen eight uninterrupted hours for more than a couple nights in a row that I'm now going to do a sleep study with a neurologist. God, I hope this helps.
