today's undertaking: June 2014
http://stephsminorplace.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 9, 2014. One month and then some. It's so hard to believe that our little son has been with us for almost 5 weeks. The days really do fly by. We had a very busy month in 'baby land'. All you mama and papas know the time warp new babies bring. So here is a small fraction of the footage of the past month or so with our sweet little man, Eben Freeman:. My mom came to visit for a few weeks.what a wonderful help she was! She surely adores her first grandchild. Three generations of Straders.

Espinosa Footprints: September 2013
http://espinosafootprints.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Mama Espinosa on the move. Sunday, September 22, 2013. Last week of orientation. As we kick off the last week of orientation, I am terribly sick. We even had to miss church in the morning, which we almost never do. But Danny faithfully made me chicken soup. The kids are busy today building forts out of armchairs and bedding, and dancing to A-teens. I'll be ok. Note to self for our next Oakwood stay:. Bring plastic cups. Toby's pace of glassware destruction is unacceptable. Sunday, September 15, 2013.

Espinosa Footprints: April 2013
http://espinosafootprints.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Mama Espinosa on the move. Monday, April 22, 2013. Butterfly in the sky. The painted lady butterflies emerged several weeks ago. I didn't mean to leave you hanging in suspense. But they emerged and we released them. Quickly. I thought Hammy loved going down the slide! Noemie, following in her mother's footsteps has already experienced a pet-fatality of her own. And a Minnie Mouse T-shirt, purchased expressly for our trip to Disney in 11 days. "This is going to be AWESOME! And then there's this guy. Ft La...

Espinosa Footprints: I see Paris, I see France
http://espinosafootprints.blogspot.com/2014/06/i-see-paris-i-see-france.html
Mama Espinosa on the move. Monday, June 30, 2014. I see Paris, I see France. But you know what? It's not December; it's June. And I'm still living in my mother's house. (For which I am eternally grateful. But it's my mother's house.). Now, who was strolling in the sunshine along the Seine today singing Beauty and the Beast songs in skinny jeans and ballet flats? That would be moi, again. No tripe, merci. I'm still experiencing the aftertaste 17 hours later. So what have I been doing here? My Baby's Not a...

Espinosa Footprints: D.C. part deux
http://espinosafootprints.blogspot.com/2014/03/dc-part-deux.html
Mama Espinosa on the move. Saturday, March 1, 2014. After spending a month in Miami, we're back in D.C. for another round. Up until now, our trips to Danny's training sites have been rather lonesome for our family. We were the only family who drove up for orientation, and the only family. Our family of six is staying in a one-bedroom hotel suite. I never could tell. How was this home advertised as "great for families with young children"? Into Danny's hotel room. today's undertaking: January 2014
http://stephsminorplace.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 8, 2014. This winter has been so different from last year, one being that we actually see the snow falling from the sky. Last winter, we awoke to snow already lying peacefully on the ground. This year, we can actually say 'look! But there is surely something about snow that is so whimsical. Everyone seems to get so excited, and no matter how cold it is, people are out playing in it, both young and old. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Threads to my kentucky needle.

today's undertaking: November 2013
http://stephsminorplace.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 26, 2013. We had some fun last weekend at the Brooklyn Renegade Craft Fair. Tim's cousin Hannah, who also resides in NYC now, joined in. Good food, a few good gift finds, and the infamous Magbooth. Monday, November 18, 2013. For my birthday my mom gave me a Kombucha kit. Both Tim and I were very excited! Tim and I came across some forgotten pics taken back in September. Sunday, November 3, 2013. So we've now been in NYC for one whole year. Only in New York City. Tim and I bike. Home wit...
