I JUST GOT MY MTC ADDRESS. It comes the Friday before you report, dropped so nonchalantly in your email inbox. Little do the MTC workers know, how much of a tizzy it puts soon-to-be missionaries in. So when I first saw the email with my address in it, the words to a popular song popped into my head. "This is it boys, this is war! Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? A kid at heart. This past Sunday, I turned the big 2-0! Delicious carrot cake with my dad's homemade cream cheese frosting. Mmmm.). My birthday was kind of overshadowed by this whole mission business, but I didn't mind! It was perfect.
