Momma of 2 in ma. Monday, July 1, 2013. I know its been few months. Mack is a high school freshman in sept. i got her report card AND schedule in the mail. 4 A's 4 B's and 1 C. she was accepted into the vocational program at one of the high schools, the high school of her choice, which is one of the harder high schools. Because shes loud. i know it looks like i took pics of the same kitten over and over for the last three, but i can tell ya, i did not. Chuck norris, yes he has an eye cold.

Balsamic Chicken (or any meat you have sitting around! 4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or any meat you have - I've used pork, beef and chicken). 2 Tbs olive oil. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar *sometimes I use more. 2 cans diced tomatoes, *do not drain. 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced (not chopped). 2-4 garlic cloves, minced. 1 tsp each: dried oregano, basil, and rosemary. Freshly cracked black pepper and salt, to taste. 2 onions, sliced.

Thursday, 12 January 2017. Back to school =). So the first day of school has passed and I for one am very happy with how it all went yesterday. First off Jesse started last week already, he has been a bit emotional since going back after a month home with us but otherwise he loves his new class teacher and has settled in nicely.
