Thursday, January 29, 2015. I am just so excited about sharing this quilt today! It took me a couple of months here and there and finished it up last week and got some great pictures of it Tuesday! We have this amazing nature trail by our house and after just a little walk, I found a nice secluded area, with a beautiful creek, where I wouldn't get any bizarre stares was able to relax and really takes some great shots of quilts that desperately needed some blog love. I can't wait to share those soon!

Sunday, July 15, 2012. A Little Blue/A Lot Scrappy. Michiko, my Japanese friend, and I went to work cutting and piecing blue scraps. Amanda Jean. Would be proud of us. She inspires us all to use our fabric scraps. I find it a lot of fun and satisfying. The only part I don't love is having to iron before cutting, but we didn't have a lot that needed ironing.yeah!
