Russell Reports: June 2010
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. We went to Brian Head and Cedar Breaks for a short day trip and loved the view. Maura said the funniest thing when we stopped to get out and look down into the canyon at Cedar Breaks. She walked over to the edge, looked down and said "Nope, there is no dragons." We hadn't been talking about dragons or anything, she just pulled it out of the air-so funny! Between the food and the lake, Dallin was in heaven! Our family talent show was great!

Russell Reports: February 2011
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Monday we were back over at Grandpa's house helping with more painting and fixing. Everyone had something to do. I helped paint the living room. An attractive beige color found on the mis-tint shelf for half off! Colleen did trim and filled cracks. Adam helped repair closet doors. And Jonesy finished off the closet door project. Well, that's what happens when you take the pictures! Maybe it's because of nostalgia-my mom always made it.

Russell Reports: April 2011
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. We made fun cupcakes for friends and neighbors with "tweety birds" on them (or so Maura says). The neighborhood breakfast and egg hunt is always one of our favorite activities. Waiting in line to eat. Breakfast is always delicious! It's surprising how quickly all the eggs disappeared! One of the dads said now he knows what a locust epidemic looks like! But, the Mookster and Dallin got their fair share! That's the best part of any holiday.

Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Tuesday, May 17, 2011. The pool is 80 degrees and just perfect! It's been a mild spring and we haven't had too many roasty days, but anytime it gets slightly warm the kids beg to go swimming. Kaisa and Sophia came over the other day and they all had a blast! The pool is just the right size. The kids can play and cool off but it's not so big that I worry too much. Even Sophie could stand with her head out of the water. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2011/05/e-pinewood-derby-tank-dallin-and-adam.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Saturday, May 07, 2011. Dallin and Adam created a very macho Tank for this year's competition. BUT, it weighed a little too much. So they had to do some modifications. After a few creative solutions, it came in under weight! He registered his car and named it, and gave it a number.#1! Then off to the races! It was a little discouraging at first,. But once they added some graphite to the wheels they did much better! At least he won a couple! It was a really fun day!

Russell Reports: May 2010
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Sunday, May 30, 2010. I'm so glad my sister, Gina, lives so close to where we buried Garrett. She is such a terrific 'babysitter'. This past week she bought flowers, cute little figurines and a pinwheel to decorate his headstone. The frog and turtle are so perfect! I always think of Garrett when I see frogs for some reason, it's the same with the color green! Thanks, cousins for visiting for us. I'm so glad she is keeping Garrett company! Russell Reports: October 2010
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Friday, October 29, 2010. Adell came to play! Katie, Kevin and Adell came over on Wed. to visit then join us at our neighborhood carnival. I can't believe how much this little one has grown! She's 8 weeks now and weighs like 13 lbs! Maura loved helping take care of her. She does NOT like tummy time. After we played with Adell we got dressed and went to the carnival. Sadly, I did a terrible job of taking pictures. I only got a picture of Maura. I am not sassy! On th...

Russell Reports: November 2010
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Saturday, November 20, 2010. Jonesey went home to Wyoming for a few days, then came back! He had a few troubles with horses that he brought to a stable in Cave Creek and decided he needed to come back and make sure they were working out. He took us with him to give the horses a work out. While we were getting them ready to go, Dallin was the photographer. Adam in his cowboy hat. Adam helping curry a horse. The horse Dallin eventually got to ride, Zeke. Simply amazi...

Russell Reports: July 2010
http://russellreports.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Tales of the Russell Family adventures. Saturday, July 31, 2010. She's my cousin's little girl born just 4 weeks ago. Lucky me got to watch her for a few hours on Friday. There is NOTHING better than sitting on the couch holding a cuddly newborn. NOTHING. Maura thought it was pretty cool too! She and Jane caught some good TV time together. Then we got out the swing and gave Jane a soft ride. Maura and I had the best time. We got this far.and then she decided to 'help' Dallin with his homework. We also re...
