Monday, September 20, 2010. Little Things Mean A Lot. Grant had swim therapy today. It was the first time he has had swim therapy since he has started school. Sunday, August 28, 2011. My birthday fell on Easter weekend this year. So we did a lot of combined celebrations. Friday night we met up with Adam and Jessie and Jessie's brother Tyler and went to Red Lobster. They were having their lobsterfest. So yummy! Friday, April 15, 2011. Adaptive Skiing and Snowboarding. Back at the end of 2010, we heard about a program called Wasatch Adaptive Sports. It is a program that takes different types of sports and makes the accommodations necessary for kids and adults with special needs to be able to participate. We thought that skiing would be something that Grant would just love. He is the type of kid that is a thrill seeker! The weather was absolutely perfect! You can kind of see his smile under all the ski gear!

Friday, September 2, 2011. Mikkele had her Spring piano recital on April 6th. She played one song, but it was 2 movements long, so it was like playing 2 songs. The piece is a duet called Condertino in D Minor, Movements I and II that she played with her teacher, Jennie Ward. She did a great job! I am so impressed with how well she does on the piano! I really don't have to get after her to practice! I have to get after her to quit practicing and do her homework or her chores! Keep up your hard work Kell!

Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Grant 6 Year Old Stats. Singing songs at school on his birthday. We brought in chocolate cupcakes to share with the class. Height: 40 inches 1st percentile. Weight: 32 pounds 1st percentile. Wearing size 4T-5T clothes. Size 9-10 shoe (without braces). Loves to listen to music. New found love of the Game Show Channel.
