Monday, September 27, 2010. Heard the Heartbeats Again! For the past few days, I have been cramping and experiencing a pain I hadn't ever felt before. I had an appointment today to ensure everything was alright and the babies were doing well. I got to hear the heartbeats and one was noticeably faster than the other, which just encourages me even more that one is a boy and one is a girl! Wednesday, February 23, 2011. January–snow caves with the scouts. Yes, I am actually updating the blog monthly now! We’ll see how long it lasts. Anyway, it was a beautiful day when we took our 11 year old scouts over to Mount Hood to build snow caves. Brother Jentzsch built a fort next to a tree, and the rest of us just dug into the hill and built some pretty impressive caves. It was a practice to prepare the boys for the day when they actually sleep in one – a different experience altogether.

Monday, October 4, 2010. I love my husband, even when. He doesn't know how to put on a diaper correctly, even after 17 months of practice. I'll explain:. I was laughing so hard I could barely take the picture. The one side of his diaper was giving him a full-on wedgie. That right tab was barely attached on to the front and the left tab wrapped all the way to the right side. I love my husband. Sounds like he needs MORE full days of practice :). Saturday, December 4, 2010. My baby girl is 6! I can't believe how fast time flies! It seems like yesterday that I brought Shaylee home from the hospital and now she is 6, in Kindergarten and really learning to read! I have to admit that the past few years have been a struggle and I wish that a lot of the sassiness would just go away, but I honestly would not trade any of that for anything! Now that life has kinda settled down around here and no trees have fallen into our back yard, and i am back into the routine of teaching preschool I thought I would update my blog. The tree.we got it removed about a week after it happened, and came out pretty good with the insurance company. They gave us almost $1200 and we split the cost of removal with the nieghbor so we only spent $200 to remove it, good deal eh? I am not sure if he wanted it to keep going or if he was scared ...
