Cómo se produce Creaks? La crocancia de Creaks se obtiene por medio de liofilización o deshidrocongelación de la fruta. En este proceso primero se congela la fruta, se introduce en una cámara de vacío donde se extrae el agua por sublimación (se elimina el agua desde el estado sólido al gaseoso sin pasar por el estado líquido). Así se logra eliminar casi la totalidad de agua contenida en la fruta fresca y natural pero preservando la estructura molecular del producto liofilizado.
