Every morning, we load up our 4×4’s with cases of bottles and hope we’ve counted accurately so it lasts the day. For every person we add during our trip, we need to subtract their ration from our stores. The wall is pock-marked with bullet marks, much of the school’s exterior crumbled from repeated rocket attacks during three decades of civil war.
