If I can do it you can too. A Little About Me. May 4, 2012. I found the inspiration for the bubble skirt from Ehow. The Knot-Me skirt was from a fabulous tutorial by Simply Modern Mom. I came up with the paper bag style skirt all by my little lonesome. I will have to make a tutorial for that (when I figure out how to make a proper tutorial).
