A knitting blog that will invariably have stray pieces of my life woven in as well. Wednesday, January 17, 2007. I've been knitting away over the holidays, but not with yarn. I love Psalm 139:13 from the NIV version of the Bible:. For you created my inmost being;. You knit me together in my mother's womb.". I've been busily knitting a new little person in my womb. And despite the itty bitty size, it must be hard work, because I'm exhausted! I'm ready for bed about the time my children are every night!

Monday, 17 August 2015. Sweet notes for Best Thoughts. I am getting lots of use out of the Best Thoughts Hostess Stamp Set. I find it is very versatile - great for birthdays, thank you, sympathy, just because - anything really! This one was coloured, cut and layered and put on our whisper white notecards as a thank you to someone who did something sweet for me. Using a blender pen, I coloured the petals with Wisteria Wonder and layered up the colour as each one dried. So - how pretty is that! Use smaller...

Creating from my little corner of the world! Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Love to Adore “Thanks for everything” card. I woke up in the middle of the night and had this card in my head. I grabbed some paper, ink and ribbon and started to create. I love how it turned out and it was so easy. I love using pinks and browns together. Tuesday, March 20, 2018. I have been working on a crazy patchwork surface to use it as the cover for a DIY stool we are working on. For this patchwork surface, I used the Crazy Patchwork method that uses random shapes of cloth attached together.
