Mainly because of my strong cravings for junky food and my serious lack of motivation to work out. In any case, here we are. My Journey to a Healthier Me. She's Losing It. Archive June, 2013. Whoa, guys. I cannot believe how long of a ‘sabbatical’ I have taken from my journey. Here is a little re-cap of what has been going on. You see what happened was. I completed successfully (but just forgot to post about) and I lost 1 more pound! If you are going to try this, I recommend following the recipe straight from skinnytaste.com, but here is an overview on how it’s done! See below for my likes/dislikes of the recipe and the WW points). Start with making your sauce since it takes the longest. We used ground turkey instead of ground beef, so it was probably less points than the recipe indicates. Then your zucchini slices.
