Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Another specialty Eilene has taken upon herself is painted Eagle figurines. Dozens of boys from troop 452 in Layton, UT who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout over the years have been presented with a bald eagle figurine to remind them of the values and lessons taught in their journey through the scouting program. They serve as a wonderful reminder and are treasured and proudly displayed by many. They can be mounted on a wooden base with an engraved tag. View my complete profile.
