Manns Family: August 2013
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 3, 2013. Where did the summer go? I thought May was busy, but June and July wouldn’t be persuaded to slow down either. I didn’t expect it to go slowly with Bailey starting school in 10 days! Ten days. Diez dias. Or maybe I should say it in Dutch (tien dagan), since half of her kindergarten class will be Amish. No matter how I say it, it still seems surreal. What’s that about the Amish? And maybe it will come as a sort of consolation that my emotions are like a fart in a skillet too.

Manns Family: January 2013
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 16, 2013. I thought I had years before this attitude started. I thought this story was a little funny. Tony didn't. We left Bailey's dance class one Wednesday afternoon, and I had the song stuck in my head that they had been dancing to. This, in itself, is a daily occurrence. Tony will sometimes come home and sing a couple notes of a random song and wait to see how long it is before I'm singing the song out loud. Then he'll just laugh and say, "it's too easy.". I couldn't fully suppres...

Manns Family: June 2013
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 3, 2013. As it turns out, May was a busy month for the Manns' household. We made it to Rushville to see my momma for Mother's Day, and the kids had a blast finding eggs with Mamaw and riding the tractor with Papaw. Pictures say it best, so here are a couple. We also decided to get a puppy! Other than that, I've been building "the mighty Jordan" as Tony calls it. We have a waterway just South of the house when it rains. We extended our yard into the woods a little and this waterway se...Tony ...

Manns Family: Summer 2015
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2015/07/summer-2015.html
Sunday, July 19, 2015. It's been awhile. I apologize, and you're welcome, depending on which side of the fence you're on about my posts. This summer has been a whirlwind, and it's going to be over too quickly, so I'm going to do a quick "where I've been so far" post. In fact, let's just view it in pictures. It's much easier that way! Our wolf pack this year, and what a fantastic one it was! St Ignace, MI really knows how to bring the party. Our balcony from the suite! A ride on the "Spirit of Terre Haute".

Manns Family: Stuff nightmares are made of
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2013/10/stuff-nightmares-are-made-of.html
Thursday, October 17, 2013. Stuff nightmares are made of. You are braver or crazier than I thought. Recently, a friend of mine posted his friend's story of losing a 3 year old daughter to an undetected brain hemorrhage. They didn't know anything was wrong. She went to bed one night and never woke up. Three years old. What if Bailey didn't wake up one morning? You understand why I'm not sleeping at the moment. So my next question is how can I make each moment count? So how do I spend an adequate amount of...

Manns Family: November 2012
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 30, 2012. Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Tony sometimes jokingly refers to Bailey as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Sinister, yes, but sometimes her mood swings are so hot and cold it's hard to criticize him. I know I've said it before, but I am truly terrified of her teenage years. Made me grin, picturing her a grown woman carrying this toddler puzzle into a house with a spiteful look on her face. But it did hurt, and I almost cried. Do you want to play? You can play too." I think he was coming ...

Manns Family: Diarrhea of the brain
http://mollymanns.blogspot.com/2014/02/diarrhea-of-brain.html
Thursday, February 6, 2014. Diarrhea of the brain. I have been thinking non-stop the last few days, and we all know where that leads - toward the emotional roller coaster state I am currently in. As you know from previous posts, laying my emotions out there seems to calm me, so here goes. Here's the news story. If you need a refresher. I'm going to be honest and tell you I didn't even read it. I just know it's from CNN and probably just as reliable as any other source. Now let's tone down the drama a lit...
