Monday, July 21, 2008. A day in Hell. And it only got warmer as the day went on. They had to change one of the ducts, and so it was open for a while, plus the intake was in the attic, meaning that for a while, the attic was cooler than the house. And two blogs in one day. Friday, December 30, 2011. Ultimately we decided that it would be better to go to the hospital now and be sent home than having to get up at 3 am in the morning and going. So, we loaded into the car and headed. On the way we saw Sonic and I really wanted a Diet Cherry Limeade but Sean said he would go get me one after we got checked in. Sunday, January 25, 2009. Greetings from Texas where its warm.cold.warm.cold. Last weekend it was really nice outside and I planted my front flower beds! I never knew this but there are certain flowers that you plant in jan-feb that bloom in the spring and then hibernate in the summer. It is really cool! Wednesday, November 23, 2011. First things first. The closing happened but we were not quite ready to leave. We had to go by a couple of places and then we had some friends give us a gift certificate to our favorite restaurant Sodalaks Beef Masters Grill. We absolutely love this place. Great Texas cooking. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. In Memory of our Beloved Doc. Its been almost two weeks now since we lost our wonderful dog Doc. On March 14th we woke to find Doc and his buddy Jazz (my sister's dog) had both died during the night in their dog house. We are not sure of the circumstances that caused their death, only that they are gone and gone together. The Mind of Deb. Monday, May 18, 2009. Wow, it has been FOREVER since I've updated. I remember why I stopped writing in a blog 5 years ago.I never kept up with it. Anyway, instead of catching up all the way from what was the last post, hmmm, Thanksgiving? I'll just tell what's happened in the last week. Sam graduated with his Master of Arts Degree last Friday! It's my last week with all of my current students (except the few who have already moved) and I want it to be so much fun! Good luck with packing!
