Ieri sera il tempo era uggioso e mi è venuta una irrefrenabile voglia di fare una calda e profumatissima torta di mele. Di varianti ce ne sono tante ma la torta di mele che avevo in mente era la famosissima Apple Pie ovvero la torta di mele americana per eccellenza. 800-900 g di mele. 50 g di zucchero bianco. 50 g di zucchero di canna. 1 cucchiaio di farina. Due cucchiai di succo di limone.
