This seemed an interesting approach to user centered design and we wondered if we could apply the idea to navigation within our system. One approach that we considered was to use the ideas of paper prototyping and have lots of generalised widgets (buttons, list boxes, menus etc.) laid out for our users. Wednesday, 5 December 2007. Now that the user feed back has clarified issues such as navigation we wanted to provide a prototype with a more finished look. We therefore mocked up some drop down boxes in Java and modified some icons (from the Tango project).
