Monday, May 18, 2009. WellI have finally gotten started on the big dining room redo. I dreamed up my plan over a month ago, and I am so excited to finally start working on it. My hubby picked these up yesterday: (craigslist). Our dining room is going to turn into a family friendly office. These cabinets will go against one wall to create some built in storage and computer desk. Hubby is going to pick up some other cabinets tomorrow. That's all for tonight! Wednesday, June 10, 2009. I have been so busy! I know that is a common sentence to come from my mouth.but it is true! My creative bug has been huge! I have had to sop myself this week, so I can study for my national board teacher test this Saturday. I finally painted baby boy's room. No, he is not a baby, but he is my baby! Thursday, May 21, 2009. Paint, Pictures and Polka Dots. Today was a great day! I took a personal day from work since my precious daughter was graduating from Kindergarten.sigh.more on that later. The major room redo is in progress. I have finished priming and painting all of the first wave of cabinets. I'm letting all the doors dry over night, in hopes of sanding them down tomorrow.
