Hikitanga about us
http://hikitanga.maori.nz/about-us
Your sites tagline here. Ngāti Hikitanga is a hapū of Ngāti Raukawa ki te Tonga. We are a relatively small hapū with no marae base of our own. The traditional kainga of Ngāti Hikitanga was at Mahoenui, just North West of Lake Papaitonga. The principal rangatira at Māhoenui were Te Puke and Watene Tiwaewae. Hikitanga was a descendent of Huia and Kikopiri so of course Ngāti Hikitanga have strong links to both Ngāti Huia and Ngāti Kikopiri. Lsquo;Ka tū ano a Hikitanga ki tōna tūrangawaewae’.

Lsquo;Ka tū ano a Hikitanga ki tōna tūrangawaewae’. The key goals of the plan are to:. Evaluate ou...
