As i was knitting, i was thinking to myself, what on earth am i gonna use this thing for? But as soon as i finished it, i realized that it’s the PERFECT size to take on roadtrips or airplane trips without getting in the way of anything/taking up too much space. Gauge: 3 1/2 stitches to the inch. I got this from The Knitter’s Bible, by Claire Crompton). Row 1 (RS): knit.

Felted Fun | Hard Days Knit

May 2, 2009 at 11:05 pm. I am getting on the felting train entirely too late, but it is fun! They crochet up soo fast and are easy peasy! I think this one is soo fun. I used Patons yarn in multi color. I love the wya that it made verticla stripes! IN my opinion, patons yarn felts must faster than Cascade 220. With Patons I only need to run through cycle once, with Cascade 220 I usually have to do it twice. But Cascade 220 has such a variety of fun colors! Sorry about horrible grammar). See the World through the Eyes of a Knitter. October 21, 2008. Posted in Free Patterns. At 6:48 am by Sarah. Because this turned out to be so popular on ravelry, i figured i’d publish the pattern on here. Take out your size 10 1/2 knitting needles, and chunky yarn to match. i used two strands of worsted weight held together, but any chunky yarn will work. gauge isn’t essential to this project, and i have no clue what mine was… so i’ll skip over that part.😉. Are you on ravelry? 2 Comments ». Love it n n!

By the way, it not only looks cool on your picture here, it also looks cool ON you, which is even better…what’s the point of making a hat that looks WRONG when you wear it? But this one doesn’t! October 17, 2008 at 4:08 am. What not to knit.

Last night, at 11:00, i designed the lace square. i think it could pass as a knitter’s equivilant to a granny square….
