Creative Pop-Offs: October 2010
http://creativepopoffs.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 31, 2010. Friday, October 08, 2010. Every year the Allred family puts together a family calendar. Since there are six kids (the "kids" are all grandparents at this point), each kid gets two pages, which means that my family gets one page. Here's ours:. Hopefully it'll be big enough to see details if you click on it. Wednesday, October 06, 2010. I swear I've been busier than a chicken with its head cut off, so I've been putting aside things like updating this blog. Now back to quilting!
Creative Pop-Offs: Painting, working, and remodeling (another catch-all post)
http://creativepopoffs.blogspot.com/2011/11/painting-working-and-remodeling-another.html
Saturday, November 12, 2011. Painting, working, and remodeling (another catch-all post). Once again I have neglected my poor blog. I've been working at the Tulsa City-County Libraries, though, so I have a good excuse! I've also been busy quilting, and the kids have been home sick a LOT in the past two weeks (which means I get very, very little done). Last weekend we decided to finally tackle the utility room, which has bugged us since we moved in seven years ago. Here's Gillian, being a HUGE help:. The p...
Creative Pop-Offs: May 2012
http://creativepopoffs.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 08, 2012. This is going to be a picture-less post, but I just have to rave about the cleaning solution I used the other day. No, I'm NOT trying to sell you anything, I just have to pass on this cheap and easy thing that's going to make my life slightly easier.). IT'S AMAZING. My shower hasn't been that clean for a long time, and I didn't have to expend anywhere near as much energy as I usually do. And gave it one more pass with a scrub brush. I'm so impressed with how shiny everything is!
Creative Pop-Offs: February 2011
http://creativepopoffs.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 26, 2011. Today was supposed to be a day to recover after a long week, but I'm still exhausted. LOL! Wednesday was bowling (I didn't do well, but that's all right), with knitting that evening. We didn't have as many entries this year as last year, but then we only got the notices out a week before since we had two weeks out of school due to weather. The kids totally wore themselves out at the carnival and were asleep within minutes of their heads hitting their pillows. (Yay! He's going...

My life among savages...: October 2010
http://landolista.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
My life among savages. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Every fall brings new and exciting times, and lots of changes. Maybe because I have an infant, or maybe just because, the changes seem to be coming fast and thick this fall. So, in no particular order. Wesley is loving his johnny jump up. He's a good little bouncer. Both boys are playing soccer. Gabe is on Team Tsunami. Wesley is a big fan of soccer. Except when he isn't. Here he is, wearing a hat I made for him. Also new and different, Gabe got contacts.
My life among savages...: April 2011
http://landolista.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
My life among savages. Saturday, April 23, 2011. A faulty internet connection and a gnat. Eventually, I will rewrite the Wesley blog. But not now. Now I have to go get a kleenex. Another gnat just flew up my nose. Sadly, I am still not kidding. Stupid things that happen to me. Monday, April 18, 2011. Next in my kid showcase is Gabe, my eldest. What can I say about Gabe? Gabe is starting to show interest in girls. Well, girl. He still has Senior Bear. He still sleeps with Senior Bear. And in the m...Schoo...

From Sheep to…. March 13, 2010 · Filed under FOs - Knitting. See… I still knit! And sometimes I even get around to taking pictures🙂 Even though they were taken on an icy cold grey day using my iPhone, so the quality isn’t the best. Pattern: Eva by C2Knits. I just love her patterns for some reason. Yarn: some ‘mystery’ eggplant mohair lace weight yarn that I bought in the summer of 2007 on Faroe Islands. YAY for using stash yarn! I haven’t gotten around figuring out how many yards I used. In 2010… ...

Creative Pop-Offs
Saturday, October 21, 2017. Is this blog dead? I've not blogged much in the last few years. Facebook has made it incredibly easy to pop off about various things, but blogs haven't quite yet gone the way of the dinosaur. I think I'll start posting here again, if only because it's easier to find things here than on Facebook once some time has passed. I'm going to keep it mostly to fiber crafts, although an occasional post about other things might pop up. We've really lucked out with the ones to either side.
