At CrossFit WCG, we are committed to providing first class workouts at reasonable prices. Members have the following options to choose from:. Receive a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit program in 3 entry level sessions. We’ll introduce technique and discuss range of motion requirements for the common CrossFit movements. Our Foundations sessions are mandatory in order to move on to the group classes and memberships. Members can take advantage of our facilities and classes as often as they like.
