The red makes them stand out more. Makes it look almost sharp. It looks very scary. Like it would be in a horror movie. As if it would grab you.

Loud train whistles roar through the quad. Hitting and ricocheting off of the buildings. No smoking beyond this point! Roberts bike sits alone in the bike rack. A crow perched on Cook. Stares at me then takes off in flight. People walking back to class,. Weep out of a copper lonely nest. From the liquid base. Inflating it's unblinking eyes.
