Creedbeads

Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Pretty often when I have a technical problem with a sculptural piece its easiest to work things out on a flat scrap. In looking at some of the bracelets here, I realized that my sketch scraps would make into cuff bracelets! Then, of course, the bug bit me, and I had to make some experimental bracelets as well. *grin*. My favorite month, for the wind, which I love, and the colors of fall and fire. I am especially pleased with the improvement in my faces! Now I look at people ...

Creedbeads: and now...

http://www.creedbeads.blogspot.com/2007/10/and-now.html

Wednesday, October 3, 2007. For something completely different. I made this Fay Cottage as a thank-you for one of my Mom's bee-buddies who sent me a length of fascinating fabric simply because I loved it. Oh that is adorable. But you know me I am crazy about fairies.I am sure your moms friend will love that. October 9, 2007 at 10:25 PM. E' meraviglioso. aggiungeresti qualche altro dettaglio? Mi piacerebbe vedere come è l'interno, grazie e ancora complimenti, matilda. November 14, 2007 at 3:32 PM.

Creedbeads: June

http://www.creedbeads.blogspot.com/2007/09/june.html

Wednesday, September 19, 2007. I have made a promise to myself to post something every single week. Let see if that helps *snicker*. Anyhow, this is June's beady person. After a bunch of unsuccessful samples of more or less book-shaped pieces, it finally dawned on me that what I do is all sculptural. So my months will be this simplified goddess-shaped filled form. June, of course, is for the lush, fragrant, abundant garden of the world. As a doll person myself, I know how much work you put into this.

Creedbeads: August!

http://www.creedbeads.blogspot.com/2007/11/august.html

Monday, November 12, 2007. Someplace between July and August I realized that I needed to be able to make my own faces for these. Typically I don't work with faces on my pieces ( prefer the abstract effect of facelessness), but part of the challenge here is to learn to work in a different voice. The molded blanks are a quick way to start with everything in the right place, and its not as annoying when they get messed up, since I can just mush the clay back into the mold. Kathy V in NM. She is superb - Hap...

Creedbeads: October

http://www.creedbeads.blogspot.com/2007/12/october.html

Wednesday, December 12, 2007. My favorite month, for the wind, which I love, and the colors of fall and fire. I am especially pleased with the improvement in my faces! What a *beautiful* piece. It's so graceful and really conveys that sense of wind (and change that comes with it). Lovely. December 12, 2007 at 3:36 PM. Beautiful, love the face. That fabric looks amazing as well as the beading. December 12, 2007 at 5:43 PM. December 12, 2007 at 6:53 PM. Kathy V in NM. December 12, 2007 at 11:37 PM.

Beading with Rosalie: My Roses

http://greenbrier-rose.blogspot.com/2008/05/my-roses.html

This blog page will be about my beading. Sunday, May 25, 2008. Climbing up the lattice Mark did for me for Christmas. And they smell wonderful. OH gosh how I am going to hate summer. I like Spring. Everything is new and beautiful. Except the pollen , so I guess there is something with every season. I really like the Winter, I don't mind the cold but when people have problems with the ice storms, I feel for them. Of why I used certain colors and things incorporated. That rose is so very pretty! How do you...

Beading with Rosalie: My cane

http://greenbrier-rose.blogspot.com/2008/02/my-cane.html

This blog page will be about my beading. Sunday, February 24, 2008. Back when my youngest son Mark was 10 yrs old(now 25) He went out in the woods and cut me a cane because I was hurting in my back and I would walk with a mop around the house. It was really. Pretty with a twisted handle and all, he carved MUM in it and we stained and varnished it. I decided to cover it with things you find in the woods, and incorporate. AWWW, not only beautifully done, but a beautiful story to go with it! Subscribe to: P...

That's not my real name. C'mon, this is the Internet. Netrunner Deck: Reina Roja, The Red Queen. January 14, 2014. Here’s a Runner deck that I’ve been tinkering with that tries to make use of Reina Roja, the latest Runner ID that comes with the Mala Tempora data pack for Android: Netrunner (duh). I’ve nicked this deck almost wholesale. From the Netrunner subreddit. Which is great by the way, check it out) but I’ve tweaked some stuff and have a couple of ideas for other changes.
