Are dogs allowed in the parks? Yes, pets are allowed in State Parks on leashes. However, pets are not allowed in State Nature Preserve, which includes Conkle's Hollow and Rockbridge Nature Preserves. Located close to Burnham on Crouch in Essex, the club provides excellent launching facilities on the River Crouch, away from the mass of moorings off Burnham. Established in 1957 the club is affiliated to the RYA and has an interesting history. With a boathouse , changing area with toilets and showers.
