I had the opportunity to attend a special education conference in San Fran last week for 5 days. (2 were mostly traveling) I've been here once with my dad (more of a drive thru as we made our way up the beautiful coast) and another time with my sister about 5 years ago. I love it there. So much to see and do! After our first day of seminars (our other special education teacher, Marie, came too) we took a walk down to Fisherman's Wharf. An entertaining tourist trap. :). Wednesday, August 22, 2012. Dax and Rhett had so much fun. They had a bunch of rides for them to ride. Surprisingly a lot of bigger rides too like, Tidal Wave, Rattle Snake Rapids, Log Ride, and two fun big roller coasters. Lagoona Beach wasn't as cool as we thought. Sunday, September 5, 2010. We had a lot of fun going to the swimming pool this year. We were only able to go a couple of times, but enjoyed it. We look forward to going again next year and hopefully more than we went this year. This summer we loved to pick peas out of our garden and sit on the grass to eat them. Both Dax and Rhett loved them and would eat them by the handfull. I'm pretty proud about my garden. This is the first year I've done it all by myself and it turned out pretty good.

I have developed quite an obsession with Wonder Woman (thanks to Julie), so it only seemed fitting to be her for Halloween. :). This was for a party). The WW costume I wore to school/work was a bit more appropriate for being around kiddos. But I did have one of my first graders tell me "your skin is the wrong color to be Wonder Woman."
