Our savoury galettes are made to an authentic Breton recipe with organic buckwheat flour (gluten free). The batter is made by a similar process to sourdough, and contains just flour salt and water. Galettes can be filled with a wide variety of ingredients, our favourites are cheese ham spinach eggs and mushrooms.
