A summary of the outstanding problems I have had with Cretin Homes along with some of my opinions of their workmanship. Tuesday, November 28, 2006. New problems since walkthrough. Loose cabinet door in bathroom. Drill holes and pencil marks along back of kitchen cabinets and doors. There are a number of holes with no screws. My guess is they could not find the stud. In the end my wife and i spent many weekends picking up trash. After moving in my wife must have picked up hundreds of rusty nails scattered around the property. Most were around the area where the construction crew was burning trash (which I never authorized nor was asked if its ok to burn trash on the property).

The trim work on the cabinets in the kitchen was not stained on the sides and large gap exists between the shoe molding and one of the cabinets. I am also waiting on this to be repaired.
