I super enjoyed the Invulnerability primary set, but I was never terribly happy with the secondary. So as the title says, what if Ms Ann was an Inv/Titan Weapons Tanker as opposed to her Battle Axe? In the City of Heroes and Villains. Monday, February 9, 2015. Shield Defense and Fiery Melee Tanker w/ SCD Fixed and Cheap Version. As mentioned, here's the fix for the New Main (whom I think I will simply call NM for now). And also, if you're wondering, SCD means soft-capped defenses. This is a fix for the one posted earlier today that went over the IO set cap. There's just some very minor re-slotting, not too drastic. Can you spot the difference? Stats are basically the same to this morning's build.

If you can't already tell, she's the ying to Annzilla. S yang. I don't think I have much of a backstory for the gal, much like Annzilla. It's more so that she just looks neat and fits a theme. To play but have been too busy with work (freelancing). and then taking two part time jobs since the last post. I don't know much about the incarnate system, because I never actually did any of the i19 content. Sad, I know. I do have a time card ready for when time does permit. (FYI, a 60 day time card is on sale in Amazon for $24.99.
