Menagerie vs. motherhood; or, How I learned to stop worrying and love the adventure. Aquarium projects and tips, with bonus info about other pets. Monday, August 17, 2009. I may have a free* 55 gallon tank soon; as soon as that is verified, I'll begin a whole segment on setting up a freshwater tank. For now, one of the easiest fish for beginners; the betta. This is so wrong. They're fine in bowls - really! Does that bubblenest mean I need to get him a girl? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

However, in this case, I made an exception. we had a White's Dumpy Treefrog. Later that nigh...

Menagerie vs. motherhood; or, How I learned to stop worrying and love the adventure. Aquarium projects and tips, with bonus info about other pets. Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Once upon a time, I adopted two unwanted fish. They were albino long-finned oscars - I hadn't previously even known such a thing existed. I knew about oscars.they get big, messy, eat everything. what I didn't know was what awesome fish they actually are. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Various and sundry updates.

Menagerie vs. motherhood; or, How I learned to stop worrying and love the adventure. Aquarium projects and tips, with bonus info about other pets. Monday, August 31, 2009. Various and sundry updates. Alas, my new tank plans are on hold until after Labor Day. The finches are out of quarantine, healthy as can be. Whatever illness they had has run its course; Milly and Oy were never ill at all, and are quite happy to be back in the bird room. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Various and sundry updates.
