Saturday, June 29, 2013. It could have been worse. They were predicting winds of 60 miles per hour. That would have erased the poor garden plants completely. Instead, we just got the hail and a little bit of rain. While the moisture was welcome, the hail did a fair amount of damage to the young vegetables in the garden. I hope they can recover! Sunday, March 2, 2014. Sights During a Colorado Winter. Living in the north eastern part of Colorado gives us the ability to be on the plains, and take short drives to get into the mountains. I enjoy living in the lowlands and visiting the hills. I guess I prefer coyotes to bears. I saw this bald eagle out my window this week. The hawks and eagles appreciate a nice fence post to pause upon as they watch for mice and prairie dogs. That's a sure sign I have been away from flowers for too long.

You know you want a hamburger but really aren't sure what you want on it. So you start to look at the hamburger menu. Slowly you narrow down your desire to a burger with cheese. At this point all burgers without cheese are NOT a match (or not relevant) so you stop looking at them. That's what relevancy is all about. Sorry in advance if I've made you run for a snack).
