Three of my Co-workers had babies and I am expecting Grandchild #3 in November! WW cotton in two colors. Size 0-3 mo. approx 14 inches around. Rnd 1: Ch 2, 6 hdc in 2nd ch from hook. Join with sl st to first hdc. Rnd 2: Ch 2, hdc in same st, 2 hdc in each around. Join (12). Rnd 12: Ch 2, hdc in each st around. Change back to MC, Join.
