Thursday, May 12, 2011. Well, our little boy is no longer a baby! Brendan is speaking so well and his language has developed dramatically since last year. It is so easy to carry on a fairly sophisticated conversation with him! Age 2-3 is definitely the speech year! Brendan has a great sense of humor and he tells us jokes and says funny things all the time! The big event for Brendan's birthday was a trip to the Hippodrome theater in Baltimore to watch Max and Ruby live! Shonda and I had a blast too!

Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Today was a very exciting day! The head to rump length is about 2.5 inches putting us spot on at 12 weeks and a few days. The heart rate was 158 bpm - perfect! And the measurement of the fluid pocket behind the neck (also indicative of potential chromosomal abnormalities) is about as good as it gets. Phew! The doctor wasn't able to make any sort of guess as to the gender (he said it was a "tweener"! Without further ado, here are the first baby pictures! Posted by Mr Foster.

Thursday, February 7, 2008. Project: Baby Room Update. Well, the room is just about complete! Yesterday I put another coat on the walls which definitely make the color more distinct and helped to cover up some of the imperfections in the walls. Today, I had the fun of hanging the border and painting the trim at the base of the walls and around the door. Oh what fun! So here is a checklist of things to do before the room is complete:. Buy new closet doors and possibly paint them. Get new carpet installed.

Saturday, December 22, 2007. Twenty weeks marks half way! I've been getting some comments lately (mostly from fellow yoga students) that I'm really showing now. Our most recent prenatal appointment indicated that my weight gain is right on target - about 10-12 pounds total now. The Crofton Youth Singers are a Christian choir, based at Crofton Baptist Church. In Orpington. We have been in existence since 1988 and in that time the group has grown in number from eight to its present level of around 15 girls and 1 boy aged from 6-18.
